Help out a 20 year old with acne, homemade/cheep over the counter advice?

Hi. I am 20, female, pale irish girl with kinda sensitive skin and I have had a problem with acne for like 6 years and it really blows. I get it on my face, sometimes my neck and sometimes my back. My back and face have always been the worst. Its kind of like medium bad on a scale I would say. I have been taking different pills (switched over the years) and creams, cleansers etc. from a dermatologist, but I am off my parents insurance, and I literally just swallowed my last pill. I've got some extra cream (differin) and a little bit of a sulfur wash thing but if anyone has any great home remedies, or knows of relatively cheep over the counter creams, cleansers etc they can recommend I would be immensely grateful. I need to work on more healthy food and exercising but I'm ready to try anything. Also anything that works specifically to blackheads would be great, none of the medication ever seemed to help much with that. Thanks in advance.
