Im moving to georgia and Im looking for a safe place to live for me and my daughter, I'm moving from nebraska?

Its me, my daughter and boyfriend, and we have a budget for a 2bedroom apt its from 700.00 to 850.00 per month in rent, do you think i will have any luck finding somewhere to move, we just want to stay in a nice area, no further then 15-20 min from downtown atlanta. please help me someone!!!! Aso, we are relocating feb 2011....
