Should MTV be boycotted?

Ive seen true life: where are they now and seen the one girl who was homeless. she and her mom had a place to stay for a while but ended up back on the streets. but heres the other side that irks the hell out of me. the show 16 and pregnant i cant believe these retarded teens didnt learn anything about sex and being pregnant and they are being paid for it! do you think MTV are exploiting these teens and have sympathy? some of that money should go to that homeless girl and her mom and i dont know how they found her i understand about the contracts but again MTV is crap anyway.
