Vasectomies or tube tying?

ok, i'm in genesee county in michigan, i have Genesee Health Plan B and my husband has Health Plus Partners of Michigan, he is 25 and i am 23...we have a 3 year old that has a chromosome duplication that is there because either myself or my husband passed it on to her genetically. i need to know if either of the listed insurances will cover to have a vasectomy or tube tying procedure done. i am not able to be on birth control because the estrogen in it makes my blood clot and the mireana that i have is making me extremely sick and i need to have it removed immediately.
