Back,chest pain and lower ribs pain?

hi i am a 19 year old male i was told by a ER doc that i have gerds and possibly ulcer in my stomach but now about 1 month i have been getting a lot of back pain randomly and chest pain and on both my lower rib cage someone please help i have no insurance i sometimes feel like imma die lost about 15 pounds in less then two months i rearly get hungry always feel like throwing up but i dont. some one with the same issue out there? any solutions for me?
