How does this diet sound for building muscle/cutting fat?
I started doing p90x and yoga at the beginning of the year. I do yoga seperate because it's for a sports team and we do it 3x a week and I do p90x 6 times a week. I used to eat a lot of fast food and drink pop but now I stopped drinking pop and am trying to eat better. But since I'm waking up so early I only have time for a quick breakfast which usually consist of some light yogurt, fruit, maybe a lean pocket or some life cereal. I try to eat a cliff bar inbetween breakfast and lunch and then workout a couple hours after lunch. I usually eat a chicken salad sandwhich on wheat for lunch or a chicken salad. Then for dinner I'll usually eat either Turkey or Chicken, along with vegatables. Does this sound like a decent diet if I wanna build some muscle and lose some weight?
