This would be a 4- 5 day trip and after I would return to my home in Orlando. My husband and I have been separated for almost a year and our divorce is inevitable but nothing has come to pass and we have no custody agreement in place. He refuses to consent to this trip but can he legally prevent me from going? If I do choose to go with her against his wishes could it negatively impact me and any future custody battle that will ensue?
