Inguinal hernia Question?

Im a 33 year old male with an inguinal hernia that I have had for about 10 years its starting to drop down into my testicles. It does'nt hurt its just looks funny and I know I need to get it repaired. The bad thing is im single with no kids and no insurance. I live in the state of Georgia and I need to know what my options are as far as getting assitance.
