im sure you could fight it cause you didi ask for copies of the photos and you can ask her for the name of the company she went to for a quote and then you can ask the same people for a quote to see if she is lying or not and if you didnt give her your insurance im not sure you would hear anything about it cause ive had the samething happen to me and they guy wanted 500 to settle it but he ended being a liar and never got his cash so maybe thats whats going on here
