Desperately in need answers, feeling like i don't matter?
lately for the past four months i have been feeling depressed, resentful, numb...things i don't usually feel for extended periods of time. keep in mind i had a concussion before this. i've been locking myself in my room to try and keep my negativity away from my family because they have enough problems without mine mixed in. (i'm also trying to do what i like, reading and writing, like everyone keeps telling me to to manage my emotions but its not quite working for me) i feel hopeless and on edge constantly and i don't care about my grades in school anymore, i feel constantly weak and depressed and i don't know what to do. though its humiliating for me to admit,self mutilation and suicide have crossed my mind many times but i've never acted on them. i feel like what i say doesn't matter and my words are just dismissed whenever i try to talk to anyone about these problems. i've gone to my mom to try and get her to let me see a professional but she thinks im just making it up and i'm doing this to myself. her exact words are if i keep thinking i have a problem then i eventually believe i do, but that's not it, i let things go pretty quickly but they always lurk in the back of my mind and come back when im at my weakest and they've just kept building and building and now its just turned me into this person i don't recognize anymore, because of this i became moody and irritable and the things i used to love to do now i can't even bring myself to do. i force myself to hang around my loved ones because they always talk about how i always avoid them and hate hanging out with them, which isn't the case. i feel like no one cares how i feel and it isn't letting up the way everyone keeps telling me it will. i feel like i shouldn't even be feeling this way sometimes because i'm not like other people who feel depressed (i haven't lost any loved ones, been abused, or have a split up family or anything like that but my life isn't perfect either...) but i do feel like my life i being controlled constantly, i'm told all the time what i should do and what my future will be and i get no say in how my life will be like. (i'm going to collage whither i like it or not, i'm not allowed to get under a 85 in any of my classes, etc) the suicidal thoughts are now more frequent and im scared that one day ill act on it, what should i do? please i need answers right away

That is probably true but I think it is probably true with every quarterback. Of course they will throw more interceptions against good defenses than not so good defenses. I think Pittsburgh is going to be ready though and expect Polamalu to do some serious film study and take a risk here and there. That might equate to one interception or two at the most but not four...of course when you take a risk with a quarterback of Rodgers caliber it could also be a Packer touchdown if he misses!

Dentist gave estimate on cost of nothing but I end up with $511 bill; is this legal?
My wife and I recently had dental work done at our dentist office. We asked prior to doing so how much it would cost and they said nothing with the insurance we have. Two weeks later we have a $511.00 bill. We called the dentist office and they said that what they gave us was an estimate and it does state that on the actual written estimate, but doesn't it need to be within reason such as 10-15% of what they state. I sideswiped a car because I was on a street with parking on both sides~there was also snow on both sides so vehicle were not parked all the way to the curb. Unfortunately, there was another vehicle coming from the other end of the street and there was not where for me to park to let that car pass, so I tried to drive by the side of that car but ended up hitting a parked car, which caused my side mirror to break and dangle from it's wires. I tried to figure out which car I hit but wasn't certain. When I got home I called the police to report it, and office called me, and asked me questions about what happened, why I left, and he got my insurance information (insurance company name, phone number, and my policy number.) So what happens now? I didn't hear what the officer said at the end of our conversation about the insurance and didn't want to ask "what?" again. Will the insurance company be called and told about it? (Note: I don't know which vehicle I hit and so no information on that car is available. No one turned me in either or called about a hit and run.)

Tonight I stopped by this New Jewelry store in town, to check out some engagement rings for my girlfriend. When I walked in, She asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted to get something nice. Health insurance for 19 year old not in full time education?
My daughter has withdrawn from college for a semester for health reasons. HR department at my work says that she is not covered under my health insurance because she is not in full time education......but that under the health care reform bill we can add her back on our plan when we get the re-enrollment details in June. If she is already on the plan can they remove her given that this particular part of the reform bill started in Sept 2010.

Well, 1st quarter I finished the class at 100 percent. But a lot of crap went on in the second. My OCD and ADD began acting up again, but I wouldn't tell anyone because they would punish me severely for it, even though they know it was serious, to where I went to therapy. Plus a lot of crap in personal life went on, and I finished with a 79 percent for second quarter. I got a 100 on the semester final, so I finished with an A for first semester, which is the only one that counts. But ,y parents said that when that report card comes back with a C for quarter, I will be grounded untill the end of summer (they will do it too, they did back in third grade). Well, I had two assignments that I turned in late at the beginig of this quarter, so they will be 50% (right now, since the teacher hasn't graded them, they are 0%). By the end of the week I, from other stuff, I will have an A again. But now, since they said I saw that coming last quarter, even though they forget that there were tons of home issues, they said if the assignments, regardless of my overall grade, are even 50%, I will stay grounded until 18 and have my stuff sold. From my sister, I know they will hold to this as well. I really am putting my foot down and trying now, but those will NEVER be higher than 50% because they were late. So I'm screwed. And this is a class that is both honors, and a class that I am not supposed to take until next year. It's not a cakewalk. I don't know what to do now though.

My husband is in BCT right now. When he was home on Christmas, he kept talking about a female in his batallion. I finally asked him jokingly if she was someone I should worry about. Your insurance company has the best built in bullshit detectors and can spot a fraud miles away. She absolutely sounds like she is trying to scam you, and involving your insurance company will put a stop to that immediately. Have your dad call the insurance right away, and then when the lady calls again, give her the claim number and the telephone number to the insurance company, and tell her to never call you again.

Hi, i will need to travel from San Antonio TX to Atlanta Georiga in a CHarter bus with my 2 yr old son. I am not able to fly because i dont have a passport and i am not able to drive either. How did the geek squad agents change my laptop's hard drive without losing my data?
So my 5 month old laptop I bought from best buy got busted and it was a 14 inch toshiba laptop and I took it back to best buy a week ago to have it repaired. It was then shipped to the geek squad headquarters in Atlanta where they replaced my speakers. They also mentioned on paper and verbally when i picked it up that they replaced my hard drive and since it was under warranty, I didn't have to pay anything but pick it up. I'm amazed at how they replaced my old hard drive with a new one without losing my data. How were they able to do that ????

Hi I'm 23 and I live in Atlanta, Ga. I plan on moving out to L.A. to pursue acting sometime this year or next. My parents and a few other relatives are supportive and some others that I may ask for some advice from are negative. I have a degree in Marketing Management to fall back on if things go array. But some people just make me feel bad about even having the dream of wanting to become an actor. They will say things like I will be a another face in the crowd and it would be "foolish" for me to move out their to pursue that. I know what the odds are. I have this philosophy on life, "We only get one life right? Why not spend it trying to achieve something you love? Never know what can happen right?" Is a big city like milwaukee the place for me?
i want to go to milwaukee for college because i think i'll fall in love with the city. i like people, events, architecture, big buildings, and a busy life. i'm not too worried about black people and crime at all. are some people just meant to live in a big city like me? because lots of people in my small town high school think im strange because i want to live in milwaukee. but i think they are crazy.

Hi. I am 20, female, pale irish girl with kinda sensitive skin and I have had a problem with acne for like 6 years and it really blows. I get it on my face, sometimes my neck and sometimes my back. My back and face have always been the worst. Its kind of like medium bad on a scale I would say. I have been taking different pills (switched over the years) and creams, cleansers etc. from a dermatologist, but I am off my parents insurance, and I literally just swallowed my last pill. I've got some extra cream (differin) and a little bit of a sulfur wash thing but if anyone has any great home remedies, or knows of relatively cheep over the counter creams, cleansers etc they can recommend I would be immensely grateful. I need to work on more healthy food and exercising but I'm ready to try anything. Also anything that works specifically to blackheads would be great, none of the medication ever seemed to help much with that. Thanks in advance.
IUD causing hemorrhaging - please help!!?
ust had my IUD put in 2 months after my baby was born (dec 28th). I had my first period the same day they put it in. my period was a light one. Now, 2 days ago I called my OBGYN (the one who put the IUD in) to ask him if spotting for a day and a half after having sex is normal. he said yes. I also asked him if its normal for my husband to feel the iud as well...he said yes. The day after (yesterday), I started to bleed so much that i was running down my legs and i was dropping blood clots the size of apples. I decided to go to my general dr and she said my tummy is swollen, the pregnancy test came out neg, and I'm not anemic. She wants me to get an ultrasound done so I'm waiting for my insurance to approve it (she said it could take 2-3 days). And that if I get worse to go to the hospital. I fainted last night and I've been feeling tired and light headed...Dr said its normal when you loose so much blood. Anyone gone through this before? Please help! I don't know what to do. I'm planning on getting it removed.

I tried to leave but he wouldn't let me. He started taking my clothes off and almost raped me. If it wasn't for somebody that heard me, he would have succeeded. How did the geek squad agents changed my laptop's hard drive without me losing my data?
So my 4 month old toshiba laptop's speakers got defect and I took it back to best buy geek squad where it was sent off to geek squad headquarters in atlanta where they replaced the speakers. (i'm also trying to do what i like, reading and writing, like everyone keeps telling me to to manage my emotions but its not quite working for me) i feel hopeless and on edge constantly and i don't care about my grades in school anymore, i feel constantly weak and depressed and i don't know what to do. though its humiliating for me to admit,self mutilation and suicide have crossed my mind many times but i've never acted on them. i feel like what i say doesn't matter and my words are just dismissed whenever i try to talk to anyone about these problems. i've gone to my mom to try and get her to let me see a professional but she thinks im just making it up and i'm doing this to myself. her exact words are if i keep thinking i have a problem then i eventually believe i do, but that's not it, i let things go pretty quickly but they always lurk in the back of my mind and come back when im at my weakest and they've just kept building and building and now its just turned me into this person i don't recognize anymore, because of this i became moody and irritable and the things i used to love to do now i can't even bring myself to do. i force myself to hang around my loved ones because they always talk about how i always avoid them and hate hanging out with them, which isn't the case. i feel like no one cares how i feel and it isn't letting up the way everyone keeps telling me it will. i feel like i shouldn't even be feeling this way sometimes because i'm not like other people who feel depressed (i haven't lost any loved ones, been abused, or have a split up family or anything like that but my life isn't perfect either...) but i do feel like my life i being controlled constantly, i'm told all the time what i should do and what my future will be and i get no say in how my life will be like. (i'm going to collage whither i like it or not, i'm not allowed to get under a 85 in any of my classes, etc) the suicidal thoughts are now more frequent and im scared that one day ill act on it, what should i do? please i need answers right away

In June 1979, Georgette Malette, a Jehovah's Witness, was seriously injured in an automobile accident and was rushed to the hospital. Dr. Shulman, the defendant, determined that Malette's profuse bleeding mandated blood transfusions to preserve her life. He administered such treatment despite knowing, from a card she carried, that Malette had expressly requested that no blood transfusions be given her under any circumstances. Malette sued, alleging that the blood transfusions constituted negligence, assault and battery, and religious discrimination. The trial court held that the Jehovah's Witness card validly restricted Shulman's right to treat Malette. The Supreme Court of Ontario affirmed the trial court's judgment, concluding that Malette had informed the physician of her objection to blood transfusions in the only way she could. i recently posted a wedding dress for sale on craigslist. i recieved an email from someone that says they are satisfied with the price and they are looking to buy it. i live in ohio and they live in atlanta and they say they will send me extra money for shipping. all of this is going to be in a certified bank check. they want my name address and phone number. they also included their info... could this be a scam?

Okay, I'm only a sophomore in high school right now, but I'm looking at colleges because I really want to have a plan ready. So I was really wanting to go to UGA, but GSU looks like it has better journalism courses, and that's what I'm wanting to be. How does this diet sound for building muscle/cutting fat?
I started doing p90x and yoga at the beginning of the year. I do yoga seperate because it's for a sports team and we do it 3x a week and I do p90x 6 times a week. I used to eat a lot of fast food and drink pop but now I stopped drinking pop and am trying to eat better. But since I'm waking up so early I only have time for a quick breakfast which usually consist of some light yogurt, fruit, maybe a lean pocket or some life cereal. I try to eat a cliff bar inbetween breakfast and lunch and then workout a couple hours after lunch. I usually eat a chicken salad sandwhich on wheat for lunch or a chicken salad. Then for dinner I'll usually eat either Turkey or Chicken, along with vegatables. Does this sound like a decent diet if I wanna build some muscle and lose some weight?

Why is it that ladies always make excuses for being fat?
if you notice in the USA most ladies are fat and it is all their fault, they eat all kinds of fatty foods, and most of them stay home and do not go to work, some ladies say that they dont have metabolism or they just say that cant loose weight, I mean ladies have very easy lives why do they make these excuses?? All ladies should be skinny so the man can carry them over the threshold, it is a shame when a lady is so big a man cant pick her up.

I thought i knew but i am getting confused. Let's say that Hydrocodone has a half life of 4 hours. If someone was to take 5mg would this mean that in 4 hours 2.5mg has been metabolized (active and effective) and in 8 hours 3.75mg has been effective? So after 8 hours there is still 1.25mg to metabolize or whatever? I read something about multiplying the half life by 5 to determine the length of effects. And how can you tell if a drug is fast acting? I thought that fast acting drugs would have shorter half life but i was wrong. Xanax has like a 10 hour half life and it is considered fast acting? What the hell? And oxycodone is 4 hours... Can someone explain this to me? Thank you.

My husband pretty much got a child dropped on his lap about 3 years ago, he knows the kid is his because it's freaky how much they look alike. His "ex" brought him to court for child support. He got order to pay 460.00 in monthly support PLUS over 8000.00 for back child support. She lives over 500 miles from where we live, so it's very hard for us to go see him due to work and our children that we have together. So we haven't seen him since the summer and now she emailed me and said she doesn't want us to have any contact with him. This is not right. I don't believe she should even have custody of him. She gets money from the state/government for being mentally unstable (seriously no joke) she also has had him taken away 2 or 3 times by CPS plus CPS has been called on her a LOT. (and they did not give us him when he was taken away because at the time we didn't know about him and she doesn't have him listed as the father on any paper work/birth certificate nor does the child have his last name) What would you do? Does any of that sound legal???? I mean when he went to court the Judge himself even said I don't even know why you have custody. We just want other people's opinions before we put money into a lawyer and the lawyer doesn't do anything ya know?

When I was 16 until I was 22 I was in a relationship with a guy who abused me physically and emotionally, he lied and cheated on me, and got me into a financial mess. I did a year of therapy and tried to get my life back, but I was insecure before and this beat me down. Then I dated losers and the other relationship I was in he cheated on me. Well, it makes me wonder what is wrong with me. Well 8 months ago, I met this amazing guy.He was good looking, funny, sweet, and we have so much in common. I have never met anyone like him before. We live an hour apart but we try and see each other as much as ppossible. I stay there prob 4 nights a week. He really acts like he cares. He comforts me when I am sad, he won't let me pay for everything, he pays me back if he borrows money, he just treats me like no one else had. He loves to just hug and hold me. My aunt recently died and he held me all night, called to check on me, he offered to go with me to the funeral, but he sat there and just talked with me. He was great. He always is. My problem is that I'm scared. My mind tends to wonder and I go crazy. We don't fight but one night I went nuts. He tried to calm me down but their was no rationalizing with me. I was drunk and trying to break up with him. He said the nicest things. He told me how amazing and wonderful I am. He appriciates me and all I do for him. He may not always say it but he does. He swore he wouldn't hurt me. He says he doesn't know who ever told me I'm not great but that's a lie. I am pretty and he loves me eyes. He isn't worried about our religious differences. Well I kept saying he just wanted sex and he was cheating. He denied both. He calmed me down and I felt like it was so right again. There are times I can't imagine life with anyone but him. I really do care but I don't want to get hurt or make the wrong choices again. And there are days things feel off. We met online and I discovered that he is still on the online dating sites. He doesn't check them a lot. So this always had me wondering. Is he cheating? Will he? does he want something better? Well when I saw this I felt insecure so I check his phone occasionally over the last few months. Most of the time its nothing just his parents, me or his buddies. Occasionally he talks to this girl but nothing serious. Its nothing more than a few texts usually and its nothing suspicious . And I know online sometimes he talks to girls. Recently I found some girl sent him pics nothing to bad but I was hurt. He talked on the phone with her that same night but never again. I don't know what to do. I confronted him last Monday. Actually I just left. He and then I confronted him when he kept calling. He wanted to talk and I wouldn't listen. I kept hanging up on him or ignoring him. For 2 hours straight he kept calling and texted me. This was the first time he told me he loved me. He was hysterical. He was in tears and it was bad. Finally I gave him the time of day and listened. He said he was scared and thats why he did it. He never did anything. I am the one he wants to spend his life with. He sees me with him in 10 years, in 20. He sees me having his kids. His mom loved me. I said what am I not good enough. He claimed I am the best and wouldnt find any better than me. He swore he was just scared bc I am like his 2nd gf and the first long relationship she hurt him. I finally after another 30 mins of appologizing and crying and begging I went back. He swore it wouldnt happen. So a week goes by and I find messages from 2 of the woman he spoke with in the past. And they were messages sending pics and not just hi how are you messages. He never mentioned a gf. This broke me. He flat out lied to me basically. He said he wouldnt do it and did. Should I dump him? Why is he still on this dating site? How do I know I can trust him? Does he think I'm not good enough? I wish I felt secure. I wish I didn't feel this way but what should I do? He swore he isn't cheating and won't hurt me but how do I know that's not a lie? I dont get any of this. I need some opinions please. If people think I am overreacting I think I can move past it but I need to know. My one friend thinks I am overreacting. She says he is the best thing to happen to me. should I confront the woman? what do I do? I am a mess and need advice.

My gas bill just came over 230 dollars from December 17th to January 18th. I was gone out of my house for 14 days. I always left the heater at 68 degrees. I also leave the heat on at 70 everyday. Over the past year, I accumulated 5 parking tickets (Miami Dade County, FL) for going over parking meter times. When searching for them on the Clerk of Courts site, it said they were sent to a collection agency and that I have a hold on my insurance renewal (which is due in 2 months). I have been unemployed, and the $300+ balance is way to much for me to pay. I wanted to know if there was a way to get that negotiated. I figure the Clerks Office won't even hear it, but I was thinking a collection agency would. But is that a good idea for my credit score? The closer it gets to the renewal due date, I get more anxious, and nervous. What do I do?

For next semester, I have an elective with the girl who litterally made me hate life. She is one on those lucky people where everything works out and so it sucks watching her love life when she made me hate it. Anyway, in this class, she is with all of the new friends she has made (first year of high school) and even though I dont know any of them, they allready have opions formed about me because she has talked about me to them. I know if i see her having fun I will get jealous and discouraged. I am a quieter person to begin with, so no matter how much I tell myself to be more outgoing I just cant. I dont want to spend my months building more emotional stress because I get more discouraged and feel more lonely but Im also hesitant to change electives because its the what ifs I hate like I make friends or change these girls opions. At the same time, I know Im not exactly "emotinally stable" right now. What do you think I should do?

My apt complex said they are going to charge me if I dont list them as an "interested party" on my renters...?
I have lived in the same Apt Complex for 5 years. I have had renters insurance the entire time (I wouldn't be without it). The apartment manager left a note on my door that said unless I added them as an "interested party" immediately, they would start charging me $25 per month until I do. I have already provided them proof that I have insurance and my agent that their request is not legal.It is also no where in the lease that they will charge if I don't list them. It doesn't even state that they will charge if I don't have insurance.
