How do you afford comestic surgery? please help me?

hi, l am 16yr old girl l am going to have plastic surgery when lm older because l want to improve my appearance and its just plain embarrassing being ugly and having people stare you down. so far l only have $110 lol l know its pathetic, do you think if l start working minimum wage jobs and if l save up all those checks l will have enough money for plastic surgery when lm at least 20 or 21? a typical nose job is between $3,000-12,000. l want to change the shape of my nose that would definitely make my face pretty if l had the right shape l know beauty is on the inside, but really your looks help you a lot in life and l am doing it for myself and to not get treated so bad, l am determined to save as much as l can. what are some good decent paying jobs for a 16 year old? do you any good tips for saving money? do you think l could have at least $4,000 dollars by the time lm 20 if l get a job now liking working in a store? would l have to get two jobs? thanks so much for your help!
