What diseases can you get from a shared toothbrush?

It depends if your brother has any diseases or not. Or if he is sick, then you would more than likely get the illness as well. But if you both are perfectly healthy, then you wouldn't get any diseases or illnesses. Just keep telling your brother to stop using your toothbrush. Or you could hide it somewhere in the bathroom.
