How much time would a minor typically serve for intoxication manslaughter in the state of Florida?

A 17-year-old male who is high and drunk while driving kills both a passenger in his car and an innocent person in another car. This is for an English assignment, and since I want it to be realistic, I know that a slap on the wrist isn't reasonable. But life in prison might be too much... Anyone know?
